East Kaua‘i SWCD Director Lincoln Ching volunteered at the 2007 Water Education for Teachers Festival. The Festival is an environmental education program, utilizing water as its theme, and is designed for 5th graders. The Districts educate students on the importance of water conservation and how it should be conserved.
